Business entrepreneurship training workshops
The entrepreneurial training program offered by SBA on military installations around the world as a training track of the Department of Defense’s Transition Assistance Program (TAP).
Extends the entrepreneurship training offered in TAP to veterans of all eras, members of the Reserve and National Guard, and military spouses in their communities.
The New Mexico Apex Accelerator (APEX) is a government-funded program providing assistance to small businesses who want to sell their goods or services to the government, educational institutions, or tribal entities. Our staff of advisors are experienced in government contracting and provide a wide range of services, including individual counseling and training to enable businesses to successfully compete for government contracts.
Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) provide a variety of free business consulting and low-cost training services to small businesses and aspiring civilian and military entrepreneurs throughout the United States, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Since 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has helped veterans start, manage, and grow small businesses. Today, SBA offers a full range of entrepreneurial support programs to every American and specific programs for veterans, service-disabled veterans, reservists and National Guard members.
SCORE is a nationwide network of experienced business owners and managers who provide free business mentoring and low-cost training services. A variety of trainings and services are available online and at local chapters.
USDA provide leadership on food, agriculture, natural resources, rural development, nutrition, and related issues based on public policy, the best available science, and effective management.
WESST – Women’s business Center – WESST’s mission is to be a home to New Mexicans starting or growing a small business. We provide a support system of consulting, training, incubation and lending to help women, people of color and low-wealth individuals successfully strengthen and grow their businesses through sustainable sales, financial knowledge, and job creation.
The National Center for Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) offers five no-cost training tracks to increase your ability to win government contracts. Developed by seasoned executives from industry and government, these trainings are designed to support both veteran-owned small businesses and service disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
